for orders

🤍 order form must be filled out within 24 hours once oc has been sent

🤍 orders will reflect on the masterlist 1-2 days after you've filled out the form, status of goods will be updated as well at the same time I update on twitter

🤍 strictly no cancellation of orders, there'll be a cancellation fee of 500 php or 50% of total ordered items, whichever is higher

🤍 re: eta, please note that this are just estimated arrivals, for kr go's, keep in mind that filling of boxes takes time, for ina go's, production of goods usually takes 2-3 weeks after pre-order closes. only order if you are patient enough to wait

🤍 rude and impatient buyers won't be entertained, I have the rights to cancel an order if I find them rude on MY PERSPECTIVE. Refunds will be given for this case.

🤍 pasalo slot is okay, but you'll be the one to transact with them and their details can be collected on the shipping form instead

for payments

🤍 pay on the given deadline, there will be a late payment fee of 30 php per day if it exceeds the dop. no payment within 3 days after the dop w/o notice will result to order cancellation

🤍 please always fill up the payment form after paying so it can be noted on the masterlist

for shipping

🤍 pf starts at 10 php to 30 php depending on the item, it shall be paid upon filling up the shipping form

🤍 any delays or damages from shipping will not be liable to me but the courier chosen

🤍 no unboxing vid = no refund, unboxing vid should start from the pouch

🤍 items that are unclaimed for more than 40 days will be disposed of, and no refund will be given, this is to avoid the buildup of items at my place
